07-Day Easy Return

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item should be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How To Start a Return

Starting a return is simple. Just reach out to us at info.innerstyle@gmail.com and our team will guide you step by step.

Once your request is approved, we’ll share a return label and complete instructions. Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We understand how disappointing it can be to receive the wrong or damaged item.

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if something isn’t right. We’ll review the issue and make sure it’s resolved as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care and innerwear items
  • Customized or special order products
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider.
